Our pavilion concept enables residents and visitors to have an umarell-like experience by approaching the construction site, following the progress, and sharing insights and feedback. It aims to break down the barrier between the community and the construction site, fostering a sense of connection.

“Umarell” refers to men of retirement age who spend their time watching construction sites, particularly roadworks. They are often stereotypically portrayed with their hands clasped behind their backs, offering unwanted advice to the workers.
In our pavilions, we employ the same principle to project real-time visuals of the construction site onto mirrors, bringing the construction activities closer and providing visitors with easy 24/7 surveillance of the site. Each pavilion integrates a periscope, along with relevant information and a secondary function tailored to its location.
